Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Elevating Art Studio (EAS) for your party event! Please read the following terms & conditions. By booking an event and paying your deposit you are agreeing to this.

• A $100 deposit is required from host to reserve event date. This deposit goes towards the cost of event, materials, set up and clean up. If host is paying for all paint guests, then host shall pay the outstanding amount prior to the party. This can either be paid along with the deposit or via bank deposit 24 hours prior to the event. If the guests are paying individually, bank details will be sent out with the confirmation email and all guests will need to have paid in full prior to painting. If you have additional painters after the booking was completed, please let EAS know so we can make sure all painters are catered for.
• If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your event due to change of mind, $50 will be forfeited from your booking fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your event your full booking fee will be forfeited. If you reschedule a minimum of 2 weeks before your event, and rebook within 4 weeks, your booking fee will transfer to the new date. If you need to reschedule due to illness within the 2 weeks your event, your booking fee will transfer to your new booking.
• If host must cancel a booked event, then EAS requires 2 days (48 hours) advance notice prior to day of event. Failure to give this notice will result in the $100 deposit being withheld.
• If EAS must cancel prior to or on the day of event, then all deposit amounts will be refunded to host. However, we endeavour to rebook rather than cancelling where possible.
• If inclement weather dictates the cancellation of a booked outdoor event, then host may reschedule to another available date. All deposits carry over to the new date.
• One painting per event shall be chosen this could be from our online paint gallery or in consultation with EAS. EAS will contact you 2 days prior to event to get final head count and confirm your chosen painting. Booked event shall not exceed 30 painters (unless organised with EAS prior to the event).
• Please allow EAS 1.5 hours for set-up prior to event time. Example: Booked event start time is 6:00pm. EAS will start set up at 4:30pm.
• If event will be held in location other than host’s property, then it is host’s responsibility to coordinate the date/time and make payments with/to the entities of event location.
• EAS will provide plastic covering protection on host’s tables (if used for event). EAS will also provide protection on areas as seen fit to prevent possible paint splatters. If EAS will be using its own tables and stools, then it is the host’s responsibility to move his/her own furniture to make room for it. EAS is not responsible for moving furniture back after event.
• EAS will not be held liable for any charges incurred by host in remedying possible paint stains on floors, carpets, walls, furniture or in remedying possible scratches/dents on walls that may occur when EAS brings in/sets up tables etc. inside/outside the property.
• EAS will not be held liable for any damages incurred due to host or guests’ consumption of alcohol.
• EAS will dispose of all event related rubbish excluding food, food plates, drinks and beverage containers that may be provided by host and guests.
• EAS will be taking pictures during your paint party event and may post them on social media for advertising purposes. If you do not wish for such pictures to be posted, then please let us know.
• Photos of Children faces will not be posted on social media without parental permission.
